Temperature Uniformity

With an Ipsen furnace, you’ll gain peace of mind with repeatable results. Our furnaces feature a standard temperature uniformity of ±7 °C with processing at degrees of up to 1,050 °C (1,922 °F). We engineer our burners to provide ideal heating, optimize gas consumption and achieve maximum energy efficiency.

Cycle Times & Large Capacity Options

An optional fast cooling feature can be added to your furnace that can reduce cycle times by up to 30%. A continuous furnace can deliver large production rates that reduce your processing costs per piece.

User-Friendly Interfaces

Our HMIs make it easy for operators to control each process, and you can further enhance our precision controls with software options such as Carb-o-Prof® and Conti-Control®.

Quenching Options

You can specify the quench media of your choice when configuring your Ipsen atmosphere furnace. Our models offer both integral and external quenching options and can accommodate caustic media, oil, or salt quenching. No matter which media you choose, you’ll rest assured that each process will receive a uniform quench for minimum distortion and high part quality.

We also offer add-on technology such as Ipsen TurboQuenchTM and Ipsen SuperQuench® to make your furnace as easy to operate as possible.
