1. Purposes:
Paint for vehicles, furniture, instrument and meter, machinery and used in hotel, house, department store.
2. Using:
2.1 Set paint-caddy, container model and air tube in the spray gun.
2.2 Different air pressure according to the paint viscosity and different quality. Usually paint 0.24-0.4 MPa
2.3 Paint viscosity is different according to the quality, working condition. Usually paint viscosity is 17-23s.
2.4 spray direction 15-20m. No far or near.
Attention:
1. Don't break the air cover, Spray heads mouth and needle valve
2. Brush all parts in the thinner. Don't out spray gun in.
3. Spray a little diluent while clean the passage airway.
4. Clean parts carefully while separate or reassemble.
5. While install set 3, move trigger while tigh needle valve in order not to make seal screw too tight.
