Responsibilities | This role is responsible for assisting Account Manager with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks. The duties include reconciling bank records, drafting financial documents and invoicing customers or collecting payments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain accurate financial records of the company, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations. • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payment and collection. • Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and reports, and provide financial analysis to management. • Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts. • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and requirements, including taxation and auditing. • Assist with budgeting and forecasting. • Provide support to other departments as needed regarding financial matters. • Continuously review and improve financial processes and procedures.
