EXCELUBE HT DRIVESHAFT COUPLING GREASE is formulated using special additives that provide high extreme pressure (load carrying ability) properties and superior anti- wear characteristics to bearings operating under boundary lubrication condition (Heavy, Loads, Shock loads) contain a lubricity additive. Molybdenum sulfide that forms a layer of solids particles on metal surfaces that is burnished into a thin protective film. This smooth lubricating film in the microscopic holes and valleys present in all metal surfaces helps to reduce friction and wear and increase load carrying under boundary lubrication conditions. It also provides extra protection in oscillating, sliding or vibrating applications and where grease loss has occurred and only remains to prevent wear until more grease is applied.

Application

EXCELUBE HT DRIVESHAFT COUPLING GREASE is a high temperature, water-resistant, moly extreme pressure non-melt grease recommended for use in industrial automotive high speed plain bearing (journal or sleeve, thrust and guide) antifriction bearing (ball and roller) cams drive-shaft, coupling (flexible) slides etc.

EXCELUBE HT DRIVESHAFT COUPLING GREASE exhibits good mechanical stability by maintaining its consistency under prolonged working and /or high temperature conditions. Because of the versatility of HT Driveshaft Coupling Grease, fewer inventories are required. Lubrication intervals are extended resulting in less grease consumption, less downtime and lowered maintenance costs. This is turn helps to extend equipment file.

Based on available toxicological information, these lubricants have little potential adverse effects on health when properly handled and used. No special precautions are suggested beyond attention to good personal hygiene, including laundering oil-soaked clothing and washing skin contact areas with soap and water.
