420. 任何人欺骗，并因此不诚实地引诱该受诱骗者——不论该项诱骗是否为唯一或主要的引诱——移交任何财务给任何人，或制作、修改、或摧毁一项有价证卷之全部或部分、或任何已签署或盖章而可能转为一项有价证券之物，必须判处不少过一年但不超过10年之监禁及鞭笞，并可另加罚款。
