CHILLI SAUCE

Chilli sauce is a condiment that adds spice and flavor to the dishes regardless of Asian dishes or Western recipes. It can also be used as a dipping sauce for finger foods such as fries, nuggets and others.

The combination of Chilli sauce, Tomato Sauce, Plum Sauce and some Oyster Sauce mixing with some sugar will bring out an exciting sweet and sour gravy which you can add to your deep-fried fish or deep-fried chicken.
