| Responsibilities | Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in lubricant and oil technologies, and be able to provide detailed, accurate information about products to customers. Customer Consultation: Advise customers on the best lubricant solutions for their needs, whether for vehicles, machinery, or industrial equipment. Assess their specific requirements, conditions of use, and any performance concerns. Sales Support: Assist in driving sales of lubricants and oils by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products. Help customers choose the right formulations and additives based on application type, machinery, and operating conditions. Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers regarding the performance, usage, and maintenance of lubricants and oils. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product performance. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels for lubricants and oils. Ensure that stock levels meet demand, and assist with inventory tracking, orders, and shipments. Product Training: Educate customers, sales teams, and internal staff about lubrication technologies and best practices. Conduct training on proper lubricant application and maintenance practices. Quality Control: Assist in quality assurance processes by conducting product tests and ensuring products meet industry standards. Report any issues with product quality to management. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all lubricants and oils comply with relevant environmental and safety regulations. Keep up with industry certifications and standards for lubricants. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, product usage, and any product feedback or issues. Prepare reports on sales trends, product performance, and customer feedback. |

| Requirements | Certifications in lubrication or oil analysis (e.g., Noria Certified Lubrication Specialist, or similar certifications) are a plus. Experience with oil analysis and maintenance programs. Familiarity with industry-specific applications in automotive, heavy equipment, manufacturing, or other relevant sectors. Ability to use computer software for inventory management, CRM, and reporting (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SAP, etc.). Bilingual skills are an advantage. In-depth knowledge of lubricant properties, performance standards, and industry-specific applications. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. Good problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot customer issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Detail-oriented and highly organized. |
