WESTECH CHEMICALS SDN BHD has been distributing DuPont Brand of Refrigerants from its early conception starting with Chloroflurocarbons (CFCs) until it was phased out due to its Ozone Depleting Potential. The Government of Malaysia as part of the signatory to the Montreal Protocol which governs the consumption and production of CFCs has made a commitment to phase out its use of CFCS by 2010. WESTECH CHEMICALS SDN BHD together with DuPont was among the pioneer in the introduction of low global warming potential & environmentally sustainable refrigerants in Malaysia.


WESTECH CHEMICALS SDN BHD is focus on distributing Dupont (now known as Chemours) range of fluorochemicals which includes refrigerants, namely two power brands Freon & Opteon, specialty fluids & blowing agents.
