Petrofer Metal Forming Oil Drawlub TD 50

METAL FORMING LUBRICANT 

DRAWLUB TD 50 is a high viscosity, mineral oil containing and water immiscible forming lubricant.  Due to its highly effective lubrication and its chemical activity in the gap between tool and work piece the product is especially suitable for drawing, cutting and press forming operations on difficult steel and aluminium materials. DRAWLUB TD 50 has given excellent performance in screw forming operations resulting in well formed parts even in case of difficult flow structures. DRAWLUB TD 50 contains mineral oils which are considered harmless according to IARC monograph, i.e. they do not have any carcinogenic potential.

Handling and Storage 

DRAWLUB TD 50 should be treated like mineral oil. No special measures are required concerning handling and storage. As the product contains chlorine it should not be mixed and disposed of with normal waste.
