FUNCTIONS:

INSTRUCTIONS:
a. Hold the bars and supports the body with arms. Stretch arms downward and bend elbows with force. Repeat the process.
b. Hold the bars and supports the body with arms. Swing the body moderately with shoulder joint as axis.
c. Make use of the oblique part of the bars to do push-ups.
