FUNCTIONS:
Stretching the extensors and ligaments in legs and also developing the flexibility and agility of joints.
Good for the healing of numbness and functional hindrances, i.e. bending and stretching difficulties, of three main joints of lower limbs, muscular atrophy, etc.
INSTRUCTIONS:
a. Stand upright facing the bar, put one leg on the bar straight, lean forward and recover slowly.
b. Stand upright with one side towards the bar, lift one leg in side direction and put it on the bar straight. Lean sideways to press leg and recover slowly.
c. Stand upright with back towards the bar, lift one leg backward and put it on the bar straight. Lean backward or squat and recover slowly.
