Responsibilities	- Manage and supervise the overall operation of wooden pallet production. - Responsible for all repair and maintenance work related to machinery, equipment, facilities and any other assets of the company that may be on site. - Responsible for keeping raw material costs as low as possible and willing to explore other sources that contribute to overall manufacturing costs. - Responsible for inventory counting. - Responsible for the research and development of new design of wooden pallets. - Ensure the efficiency of the entire production team. - Ready to support production teams when they are understaffed. - Plan, delegate and ensure the smooth running of daily production. - Master the ownership of the production of wooden pallets, and maintain a holistic attitude towards the production department.

Requirements	- At least 2 years working experience in similar position, with production management experience in the factory - Experience in factory management and production line - Excellent team leadership - Experience in coaching and succession planning is a plus - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle work pressure easily. - Quick thinking and good at solving problems - Proficient in MS Office software (basic requirements) - Must be willing to supervise and take responsibility in the production line.
