Continuous Type Hot Air Tempering Furnace

Applications:

1. Metals: It is used for tempering springs, steel and other steel materials as well as mass treatment of small and medium sized metal objects.

2. Nonmetals: Apply to electronics, compounds, heating reaction and glass tempering.

Features:

1. It is electrically heated with forced thermal current circulation, which makes temperature difference distributed inside the furnace little.

2. Digital displayed temperature is controlled through the microcomputer in proportion with a precision range of ±1°C.

3. SUS-304# stainless steel conveyer mesh is used to work with DC motor and reducer for variable speed control.

4. The German made 24-hour timer can be preset for running and stopping.
