Ingredients:
Palm Oil, Tamarind Paste, Lemongrass, Chili, Garlic, Shallot, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate, Galangal, Salt and Benzoic Acid.
Cooking Method:
Stir-fry fish or other seafood (800g) together with MASFOOD
Instant Asam Fish Paste for 10 minutes.
Add in 250ml (1 cup) of water , simmer until cooked and serve hot.
