研究小组招募了3000 名65 岁以上的中国参试者,通过问卷、测试了解了他们的午睡习惯和记忆、认知能力。分析结果显示,与每天午睡1 小时的人相比,不午睡的人记忆和认知能力得分更低,其认知能力下降的风险增加了4 – 6 倍;与午睡1 小时以上的人相比,午睡1 小时的人在各项测试中成绩更好。
1个小时的午睡不适合大多数工作场所,但是却最有益于改善大脑认知记忆。
