Deoxidation Chemical Compound  For Copper Tube Brazing (TOYO CLEAN COPPER!!) 

Spraying this CLEAN COPPER
into copper tubes prevents them
from oxidation and keeps clean surface.

 

To prevent oxidation at inside of tubes while brazing, CLEAN COPPER has following advantages than nitrogen gas.

3: Can use for any refrigerant
4: No need to clean pipe after use

Example of application

1: While place refrigerant gas piping at construction site for commercial, residential air conditioner.
2: Air conditioner or Refrigerator assemble factory.
 
Method of application

1: Clean well inside of the joint to be brazed
2: Shake well TOYO CLEAN COPPER before use
3: Seal end of the tube.
4: Spray the TOYO CLEAN COPPER inside tube from other end.

5: Seal both ends before brazing
6: Keep seals until cool down (At least 1min)
7: When open seals, white smoke will be out. It is not toxic gas for human

How many times need to spray (1500time can spray. Once you press, spray stop automatically after it spray certain amount)
