The company was incorporated on 9 April 1994. With a paid up capital of RM 600,000.00.
The company has increased its paid up capital to RM 670,000.00 in year 2007 and will be upgrading to RM 1,000,000.00 in the coming year 2010 in order to upgrade its facilities for the benefit of its customers.

The company is runned by a group of highly qualified management with most experience in high precision engineering as well as designing, manufacturing and assembly of industrial automation system.
Managing Director
Mr.Chong Kok Hoh is a qualified professional precision machinist graduated from the Philips Government Training Center in Singapore.
He has served in Abb Vetco Singapore for a period of 3 years. During his mission with Abb Vetco, he has earned the recognition as an outstanding precision machinist in the company in term of delivering high quality products and achieving high level of efficiency.
Mr.Chong has nineteen years experiences in precision engineering and automation industries.
