Non Asbestos Jointing Material

A general purpose non-asbestos sheet made from a combination of Aramid and Mineral fibres with a NBR binder for medium such as oil, water and gas. The 6915 is an excellent alternative for traditional compressed asbestos fibre. Highly recommended for automative and general purpose applications in the petrochemical and oil & gas industries.

Medium: Water, Steam, Low Concentrated Acid & Alkali Solvent
Max. Operating Pressure: 50 BAR
Max. Operating Temperature: 200ºC

The suitability of a gasket material for an application is dependent upon a multiplicity of factors such as Medium, Pressure, Temperature, Flange, Bolt and Process Control. The max.temperature and pressure values cannot define the suitability for application. It’s always advisable to consider these factors when selecting a material for a given application.
