Indication
Postcoital contraception (emergency contraception).
 
Instruction
1 tab to be taken within 72 hour following intercourse & another one 12 hour after taking the 1st tab. If vomiting occurs within 2 hour after drug intake, the dose must be repeated. It is advisable to take the 1st tab within 48 hr.
 
Drug interaction
Concomitant use of ampicillin, rifampicin, chloramphenicol, neomycin, sulphonamides, tetracyclines, barbiturates & phenylbutazone may reduce the contraceptive effect.
