Indications

• Management of hypertension (high blood pressure) as a second-line agent or in combination regimens
• May be used for related off-label purposes as directed by your healthcare provider

Instructions for Use

• Administration: Take the tablet orally with water, swallowing it whole; do not chew, crush, or split the tablet. It is best taken at a consistent time each day
• Dosing and safety: May cause dizziness or fainting, especially when first starting or upon dose changes; rise slowly from sitting or lying positions. Regular blood pressure monitoring is essential, and alcohol should be avoided as it may exacerbate hypotension
