The cross-trained technical support team is available for on-site maintenance and repair, and uses advanced web-based support options to perform remote diagnostics and correct control related issues.
Other than the after sales service technical support, we do provide all the tooling, consumable parts and spare parts for machine because we are one-stop solution provider to our valuable customers. We are one of the biggest spare part wholesalers in Malaysia and able to deliver the necessary parts on the same day. We even provide application knowledge to our customers and help to design and propose the most suitable tooling to customers.
