Indication:
Trantalol Tablet is used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). It works by blocking alpha-adrenoceptors in peripheral arterioles, reducing peripheral resistance, and concurrently blocking beta-adrenoceptors in the heart to prevent reflex-mediated increases in heart rate.
Instructions:

1. Dosage: The recommended starting dose is 100-200 mg twice daily, taken orally. The dosage should be titrated against blood pressure response, gradually increasing at weekly intervals until satisfactory control is achieved.
2. Administration: Take the tablet preferably after meals to increase its bioavailability.
3. Monitoring: Regularly monitor your blood pressure and report any side effects to your healthcare provider.
