The Festo VABF-S6 series soft-start valves are function elements specifically designed for VTSA and VTSA-F valve terminals conforming to ISO 5599-2 standards . The purpose of the soft-start valve is to slowly and securely build up the supply pressure in duct (1) of the valve terminal or to quickly exhaust duct (1) of the valve terminal . By setting the switchover pressure and filling time, the pressure build-up is designed application-specifically for every pressure zone on the valve terminal .
