How do I terminate TIME services?

You can go HERE to start the process. Please fill up and submit the form within 24 hours.
 

Please note that for no lock-in contract plans, we require a notice period of a minimum of seven (7) or a maximum of 30 working days before your next bill cycle. 

For 24-month contract plans, a one (1) month termination notice is required.

Early termination fee will be charged in the final bill, for any cancellation within the contract period.
