- Pickup or delivery date and time are required for all orders.

- Cakes must be collected before 7:00 PM. Late collection will be available after 9:00 AM the following day.

- Do not freeze.
- Best consumed within 3 days for optimal freshness and taste.
- Place the cake on a flat and stable surface during transport.
- Avoid exposure to heat and direct sunlight. Keep the vehicle air conditioning on whenever possible.
- For journeys longer than 2 hours, we recommend adding our Cooler Bag & Ice Pack Set for enhanced protection.
