Product Description :
Chain Quality Inspection Station, a stand alone industrial chain quality inspection machine equipment, with roller chain, rotary gripper and configurable parameters controlled by PLC which programmed by AIMAZ.
Machine Functionality :
The Cahin Quality Inspection Station designated to perform automated visual inspection of bicycle crank during or after manufacturing process.
Here's the step process of the machine:
1. Operator insert workpiece (crank) by inserting into the rotary gripper hole.
2. Next, press start button (green) simultaneously to start the operation.
3. Waiting for the process completed.
4. Operator unload the GOOD part workpiece (crank) and placing in strorage box. For the reject/NG workpiece (crank), operator need to acknowledge (HMI touch screen panel) before unload the workpiece to trasnfer to reject storage box.
5. Repeat step 1 until 5 to continue the operation.
