Hard disk Surface Vision Inspection Machine, a stand alone industrial hard disk surface vision inspection machine equipment, with horizontal indexing conveyor with precisor, vision system and configurable parameters controlled by PLC which programmed by AIMAZ.

Here's is the step process of the machine:
1. Operator insert workpiece (hard disk) by placing on table jig.
2. Operator press start button simultaneously to start the operation.
3. Operator need to continue feeding the workpiece into the machine. When the workpiece arrived at the loading bay again, operator need to pick up and place on storage box. The reject part (NG) will be directly transfer to reject conveyor.
