Machine Functionality :
Vision Inspection Station Machine is to automate the process of visual inspection of bicycle components, reducing human error, improving quality control, and speeding up production. The key objective is to checking defect and MIF part.
Here's is the step process of machine:
1. The operator places the part component onto the holding jig.
2. Then, operator hit the start button to start the operation.
3. The process activity begins with the rotating mechanism index, and vision camera inspect part components.
4. The component is unloaded from the holding jig for a Good Part. An alarm will ring to notify the operator of rejected part components. So operator need to acknowledge before continue the operation.
