- SAE 60 is designed for use in high-performance competition engines including racing, drag racing and tractor pulling fueled by gasoline, diesel, alcohol or nitromethane where an SAE 60 non-synthetic racing oil is recommended. Also, the SAE 60 is well suited for the needs of the early classic motorcycle engines requiring a traditional non-synthetic engine oil.
