Requirements for Striking Off a Company (Companies Act 2016, SSM Guidelines)

The Registrar must be satisfied that the application fulfils all the following conditions:

1. The company has no assets and liabilities at the time of application.

2. The company has no outstanding charges recorded in the Register of Charges.

3. The company has no outstanding tax obligations or other liabilities with any Government Department or Agency.

4. All company information with the Registrar is up to date.

5. The company is not involved in any legal proceedings, whether inside or outside Malaysia.

6. The company has not made any return of capital to its shareholders.

7. The company is not a holding company.

8. The company is not a Guarantor Corporation.

9. The company is not a housing developer.

公司注销的要求（《2016年公司法》，SSM 指引）

公司注册官必须确信申请符合以下所有条件：

1. 公司在申请时没有任何资产和负债；
2. 公司在《抵押登记簿》中没有未清偿的抵押记录；
3. 公司没有任何未清的税务义务或欠付政府部门/机构的其他债务；
4. 向公司注册官提交的公司信息已更新且完整；
5. 公司没有涉及任何法律诉讼（无论在马来西亚境内或境外）；
6. 公司未向股东返还任何资本；
7. 公司不是一家控股公司；
8. 公司不是担保公司（Guarantor Corporation）；
9. 公司不是房屋开发商。
