Applying for an Installment Plan to Pay Outstanding Income Tax 

For Companies

If a company is unable to settle its full tax payment within the required period, it can apply for an installment plan to pay off its outstanding income tax.

Application Process:

• The company must submit a written request to the Collection Department before the final payment due date of the assessment year.
• Even if the request is approved, the company will still be subject to late payment penalties on the outstanding tax amount.

For Individuals
Individual taxpayers can apply for an installment plan by visiting the LHDN branch handling their income tax file and submitting a request for payment restructuring.

申请分期付款缴付所得税欠款 

公司
如果公司没有办法完全缴付该时段内的税务，公司可以申请以分期付款缴付所得税欠款。公司可以在该年度的最后付款日前写信向收款部门提出要求。但是就算该要求被批准了，这笔税务还是需要缴付迟缴税的罚款。

个人
个人可以前往处理您所得税实际文件的内陆税收局分行申请分期付款您的税务欠款。
