Our goal is not only to build your kitchen beautifully, but also to make the entire experience feel clear, organized, and well guided.
Step-by-Step Guide to Your Kitchen Design and Build: From Consultation to Installation
Here’s a clear breakdown of our process to guide you through each stage of your journey:
Stage 1: Consultation
Every kitchen journey begins with a personalized consultation.
At this stage, we take time to understand your space, lifestyle, cooking habits, and overall requirements. Based on this discussion, we will work on an initial space plan and provide an immediate quotation for your consideration.
Once you are comfortable with the proposed direction and quotation, you may confirm the project by signing up with a deposit.
Stage 2: Site Measurement
After confirmation, our team will arrange a site visit to take accurate measurements of your kitchen space.
Within approximately 1–2 weeks, we will prepare a 3D design proposal based on your layout and requirements. This is the stage where you can review and finalize the design in greater detail, including important planning elements such as electrical and plumbing points.
This step helps ensure that both design and practical site requirements are aligned before moving forward.
Stage 3: Site Preparation
Once the design is finalized, your contractor will proceed with the necessary electrical and plumbing work (M&E) according to the approved layout.
After the site has been properly prepared, our team will return to carry out a final site measurement. This is an important step to ensure the cabinets are fabricated to fit your space accurately and beautifully.
Stage 4: Cabinet Production
Once the final measurements are confirmed, we will begin the production of your custom kitchen cabinets.
A 50% production payment is required at this stage for fabrication to proceed.
The production timeline typically takes around 4–6 weeks, while more intricate carpentry works may take approximately 2–3 months, depending on the design complexity and scope of work.
Upon completion, we will arrange delivery and installation once the remaining balance has been settled.
Stage 5: Installation
Cabinet installation typically takes around 3–5 days, depending on the size and complexity of the project.
Once the cabinets are installed, we will proceed with countertop measurement. The countertop is usually installed within 2 weeks, and the installation itself normally takes around 1–2 days.
This marks the final stage where your kitchen begins to come together in its complete form.
