Highlights:
- Operator will load the Main PCBA onto the Nest.
- Operator will load again the GDS Shield into the cleaning chamber for auto cleaning before load onto the Main PCBA.
- After that, operator will flip to close the pressing template.
- The pressing template will be lock before cylinder press the GDC Shield leg into the Main PCBA.
- There will have 8 sensor to ensure all the leg are fully inserted to the main PCBA.
- After leg completed inserted, the pressing template will be unlock and operator will flip open the pressing template.
- After pressing process, operator will manually flip to close left side of screw template and locked for the screwing process.
- After operator complete manually screwing process, the screw template will be auto unlocked and operator will flip to open the screw template before unload the sub assemble Main PCBA for next process.
