We are a multi-discipline consultant specialising in integrated engineering services. We have a proven track record in providing clients with economical and timely solutions that meet their engineering and business needs.

Our team of experts is able to deliver positive outcomes at all stages, from preliminary planning to development and commissioning. We aim to establish long-term relationships with all our clients, focusing on our strengths of good people, great heavy industry experience, and quality multi-disciplinary engineering and design.

Mission

Kenomation Engineering Sdn. Bhd. was establish in 2017 as an engineering company specializes in dairy and beverage processes, system design, automation design, provides technical solution to improve process plant efficiency, contributing clients' overall operating success and boost clients' business profitability.

Vision

Kenomation Engineering Sdn. Bhd. aim to become a working partner in all aspects related to Process Engineering System and its application. Kenomation Engineering Sdn. Bhd. would provide the utmost services in new process plant design, plant upgrading extension and achieving optimal plant efficiency and at the same time keeping the investment cost at a lower level.

Our Safety, Health & Environmental Policy
Kenomation Engineering is committed to health, safety, and environmental protection in regard to provision of control systems, process line design and installation, and the selling of mechanical and electrical parts. We also have the expertise to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and automation problems.

We are committed to the following:

Prevention of incidents, injuries, occupational disease and ill health, property damage and near misses.
Promotion of activities to eliminate, reduce and recycle the environmental impact substances in operation in order to prevent pollution.
Fulfilling customer requirements, along with legal and applicable requirements.
Continuous improvement and maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment by ensuring adequate control to minimise risk to employees, visitors and the public.
Continuous improvement of the SHE management system to enhance SHE performance.

Our Qualifications
At Kenomation, all staff are actively encouraged to acquire knowledge along with new skills and competencies, and to keep abreast of developments in technology. Regular meetings are held between technical team members to share knowledge and HR participates to identify training opportunities for staff.

The following are some of the training programmes that our technical teams have attended:

Level I Thermographer and Level II Thermographer; certified by ASNT, ITC (Infrared Training Center) and IRT (Institute of Infrared Thermography).
Level I and Level II Airborne Ultrasound; certified by UE System Inc.
Level I and Level II Online Partial Discharge Testing of Medium and High Voltage Cables and Plant; certified by HVPD Ltd.
Vibration analysis certified by Mobius, Vibration Institute & Emerson.
LSAS-CBA (TEV, Ultrasound & Thermography) of distribution substation.
