Raw Material Preparation Iron ore, chromium, nickel, and recycled stainless steel scrap are gathered and prepared as the primary raw materials. Melting The raw materials are melted in an electric arc furnace (EAF) at extremely high temperatures to form molten steel. Refining The molten steel is refined to remove impurities and precisely adjust the chemical composition, ensuring the desired stainless steel grade is achieved. Casting The refined molten steel is cast into semi-finished forms such as slabs, billets, or blooms. Hot Rolling The cast steel is heated and passed through rolling mills to reduce thickness and shape it into plates, sheets, bars, or coils. Annealing and Pickling The material is heat-treated to improve its mechanical properties and then cleaned with acid solutions to remove surface scale and oxidation. Cold Rolling (Optional) For applications requiring tighter tolerances and a smoother finish, the steel undergoes further cold rolling. Finishing and Inspection The final product is cut, polished, and thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets quality standards before being delivered to customers.
