- Filter Efficiency and Absorbing Capacity:
1.For standard chemicals: The specific absorbing capacities of filters for isopropyl alcohol, cyclohexane, hydrochloric acid should not be lower than their standard values. Isopropyl alcohol ≥ 500 g; cyclohexane ≥ 750 g; hydrochloric acid ≥ 1620 g.
2.The residual volume of acetone chemicals after adsorption by double-layer molecular filter is less than 0.25 mg/m3, conforming to GBZ/T 160.55. According to JG/T 385-2012, the determination result of sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) concentration controlled by standard fume hood should be lower than 0.5 ppm.

4.The manufacturer should conduct recycling and environmentally friendly disposal of waste filters so as to prevent them from harming personnel and the environment. The manufacturer shall prove that it or its entrusted unit hold the national industrial waste disposal qualification.
