The core of this waterproofing system consists of 2 main components; Portland cement and a mix of well-graded sand plus plasticizer to create a flexible polymer modified cement-based waterproofing coating. The coating works best when applied as a penetrating sealer for substrates such as concrete by filling and sealing all voids, pores, and hairline cracks to prevent water penetration within the substrates.

This coating is suitable for small structural areas such as balconies, toilets, kitchens, and small concrete flat roofs which are prone to high levels of moisture exposure. To ensure maximum efficiency and longer lifespan for this waterproofing system, the coating is concealed with concrete toppings and/or cement and sands screed as the plasticizer in the membrane has low UV resistance and low tensile strength.
