ISO22000:2018 (Food Safety Management Systems) Internal Auditor Training
-
INTRODUCTION
As stipulated in Clause 9.2 of ISO 22000:2018, internal Food Safety Management System (FSMS) audits must be carried out periodically, based on the status and importance of the system, to ensure that the implemented FSMS is effective and complies with applicable requirements.
Internal FSMS auditors appointed to perform this task must be trained and competent to ensure that audits are conducted systematically and objectively. In ISO 22000:2018, a process risk and performance-based approach is strongly emphasized in designing the business processes of the FSMS, and a similar concept is expected to be applied to internal auditing.
This course is designed to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and methodology to meet these requirements, particularly in applying process risk– and performance-based auditing, as required by most certification body auditors.
