Introduction

The current market conditions in the business world are highly competitive and managers are to be highly skilled at conducting appraisals on their team members. To make these reviews successful, a lot lies upon the skill of managers to navigate the ins and outs of the entire process system. Module 4: Holding structured appraisal

  • The performance conversation flow
  • Checklist creation to be used before, during and after performance appraisal stages
  • Stepping out of our comfort zones

Module 5: Improve employee performance improvement through on-going coaching & counselling

  • Using the GROW model to coach for performance
  • Creating a personal action plan for team members

Module 6: What's next?
