Introduction
Effective leadership is a critical driver of organisational success. This 2-day programme introduces leadership development through a colour-based perspective, helping participants understand themselves and others more deeply.
Through the concept of Life Colour, participants will explore their natural leadership style, strengths, blind spots, and stress tendencies. By understanding how different colour personalities influence communication, decision-making, motivation, and teamwork, leaders will be better equipped to lead authentically, build trust, and bring out the best in their teams.
