All goods sold are not returnable & we accept goods ex-change with equal or lower value of good purchased. If the ex-change items are higher than purchased items, buyer shall top up the differential cost. All payment made are not refundable, please confirm the purchase items code & cost with our sales representative before place orders.
 
Shipping and Fulfillment :
Thank you for your purchase. Once we have confirmed your payment, we will prepare and ship out your order out within 24-48 hours.( For ex-stock items only, Indent items subject to delivery stated in quotation & conversation in emails). Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and tracking details inside.
