Alarm system is a device that signals the occurrence of unusual events, such as burglary, trespassing, smoke detection, tampering, or invasion. An alarm system will determine if the events pose threats to our belongings or lives then send a notification about the event. The alarm system control panel is the brain of the system. It carries out the decide function by processing the information it receives from various sensors and responding accordingly.
The component that detects the event is named sensors, there are several types of sensors. Magnetic sensors are normally installed, mounted to a door or window and it is help closed by a magnet attached to the frame. When the door or the window moves away from the magnet, it will be sensed by the alarm control panel to indicate the opening or closing of the door or window. There are also motion sensors that will be able to detect movement or motion in a room. Glass break detectors are designed to constantly listen to the sound cased by shattering glass, and it will sends electronic signal to the control panel.
Smoke detectors are designed to detect fire. If smokes are detected in the room, it will send an signal to the control panel to ring the alarm. Shock sensors can detect an intruder that use force to pound through a wall, roof of any other area of the structure.
Alarm keypad is a device that is used to arm of disarms the security system, it is normally installed near the entrance. For example, if the door or window is open when the system is arm, the keypad will send signal to initial the alarm, where it will trigger the strobe light and siren.

CQDT Z9 is 9 zones alarm systems with tone feedback and call in/out functions to users via local land line as the primary line and optional GSM line as backup line. CQDT Z9V / Z16V offers more advance feature than Z9, it provides a pre recorded voice feedbacks to user whenever the system callout of receive authorised call. The voice feedbacks will be able to provides information to users such as status of zones, status of system data, status of siren and status of home automations (lights, air-cond, etc).
