RE: Customs Duties (Exemption) (Amendment) (No.2) Order 2015

The Federal Government gazette P.U. (A) 110 Customs Duties (Exemption) (Amendment) (No.2) Order 2015 dated 8 June 2015 is attached for your kind attention.
The Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2013 [P.U. (A) 371/2013] is amended in Part I of the Schedule, in relation to item 100, in column (3) (page 71 & 72)  by deleting the words “7213.10 000, 7213.20 000, 7213.91 000, 7213.99 000, 7214.10 210, 7214.10 290, 7214.10 910, 7214.20 210, 7214.20 290, 7214.20 910, 7214.30 100, 7214.30 900, 7214.91 200, 7214.99 210, 7214.99 290, 7214.99 910,”

Import duty of Flat Bar, Round & Reformed Bar for the above HS code will be resumed to 5% effective from 11/6/2015

上述关税编号之扁钢, 圆钢和螺纹钢的入口税将于11/6/2015起调整回5%.
