This hands-on experience helps you validate key parameters such as press force, stroke, accuracy, ergonomics, and data traceability, ensuring that the selected system fully meets your technical and production needs before purchase.

1 Hands-On Trial & Process Validation
Test-drive our SCHMIDT® pneumatic, hydropneumatic, or servo presses directly at Preston’s demo facility.
Simulate your actual process using sample parts, jigs, or test data to confirm feasibility and repeatability.

2 Expert Engineering Guidance
Our engineers provide real-time data interpretation, force–displacement analysis, and application advice — helping you choose the most cost-effective and reliable configuration.

3 Integration Insight
See how press systems, torque tools, and digital measurement modules connect to MES and data acquisition systems, demonstrating how traceability can enhance your overall process quality.

4 HRD Corp Learning Experience (Optional)
For training clients, our demo cell also serves as a hands-on learning station to support HRD Corp–claimable technical programs in press setup, process control, and smart manufacturing.
