Fuji Electric Malaysia (FEM) is the first oversea plant for Fuji Electric Company for the production of Semiconductor Chip. Mass production of IGBT Chip 6-inch Wafer (S,U series) started in April 2010 followed by V-IGBT Chip in September 2012 and V-FWD Chip in April 2014. FEM Wafer Production achieved accumulative output of 1 million Wafer in April 2015.

FEM also houses IGBT module assembly line, which is the later phase of IGBT making process after IGBT chip production. We are proud that FEM has been entrusted by Fuji Electric Company to be the first oversea plant with fully integrated production lines from Wafer Chip production to IGBT assembly and test.
