An automatic 4,6 or 8 head rotary type capping machine specially designed to treat all types ropp caps onto bottle. Machine basement frame are built with good grade of stainless steel 304.
The main basement and body of machine are covered with good grade stainless steel material of AISI 304 grade. Inside the basement are located the indexing cam and drive unit. Doors placement on the basement of the machine allow entrance for maintenance services. The frame of interlocked guard fitted on the machine is in stainless steel with transparent and resistance inspection door.
The machine guard switches will stop the machine in case of accident opening any of the safety door.
The electrical control board is placed on the side of the basement of the machine for easy maintenance. In the board is equipped with thermal magnetic switches, remote control switches, main switch, frequency inverter electronic card for machine speed control.
Starwheel is mounted with safety switches to stop machine operation in case of over size bottle being fed into the machine. Anti-stoppage device at the exit conveyor to stop machine operation in case of bottle accumulated at the exit conveyor.
Capping Station
Capping heads are specially studied for ropp caps. Mechanical cap sorter which position and oriented the caps and then send the caps to the neck of the bottles through a special chute.
Advance technical design of the capping drive head allows the application of roll-on caps of various sizes and types to be request.
