- Add Star Master Fried Shallot and Star Master Fried Garlic with oil to saute the samll pepper
- Add prawn and fry it until its colour change
- Add Cellophane noodle, salt, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and black pepper powder, spicy prawn chili and mala spicy pot to fry it
- Add 150ml of water into the pot and continue fry it
- Cover the pot and cook until the noodle is fully absorb the sauce
- Lastly, topping with shallot, sesame and Star Master Fried Garlic
