- Pickled the chicken using the ingredients for at least 2 hour
- Heat the pot using Star Master Shallot Oil, fry the pickled chicken until both side are slightly charred
- add 2 tea spoon of Hot Spicy Prawn Chili, 2 Scoop of Star Master fried garlic and brown sugar
- Lastly, fry the mixture with small pepper, lime and coriander
