The HP system is designed for higher pressure services, up to ANSI 2500# and API 10,000# classes, utilizing a PTFE spring-energized seal or elastomeric o-ring in an isolating laminate bonded to a high-strength metal core. It requires less bolt stress to seal and matches the flange bore to reduce turbulent flow and corrosion. Applications include cathodic protection, preventing galvanic corrosion, wellhead isolation, and sealing mismatched or vibrating/cavitating flanges.

The LP system suits low-pressure ANSI class 150 to 600 service for electrical flange isolation and general sealing, . Its design incorporates overlapping seal grooves to prevent fluid/gas migration, achieving maintenance-free flange isolation and corrosion mitigation.

Both systems offer various Gasket materials like Klinger C4430, Neoprene Faced Phenolic, G10, G11 and etc. to suit diverse operating temperatures and media.
